Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Lukáš Doleček, Company ID 75968703, registered at Plk. Bartejse 501/8, 674 01 Třebíč, Czech Republic.
You can reach me at hello@pipelineworks.io. I have not appointed a data protection officer, as I am not required to do so.
What data I process
Contact form data. Your name, company name, website address and the text of your message. If you include a phone number or other contact details, I process those as well.
Email correspondence. The content of messages we exchange and any data they contain.
Technical data about your visit. IP address, browser and operating system type, access time and referring page. This data is recorded in server logs by my hosting and network infrastructure providers.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiry and discussing potential cooperation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it I cannot respond.
Sending commercial communications and follow-up emails. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by ticking the box in the form and may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Performing a contract and keeping accounting records. Legal basis: performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) and compliance with a legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Website operation, security and protection. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, specifically the interest in protecting the site against misuse and keeping it running reliably.
Who I share data with
I do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. I do use the following processors for technical operations:
- ActiveCampaign, LLC (USA) — email communication and marketing automation
- GitHub, Inc. (USA) — website hosting
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — domain management and content delivery
- Proton AG (Switzerland) — email mailbox
I may also share data with my accountant or tax advisor, and with public authorities to the extent required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors are based in the United States. Transfers to the USA are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the basis of certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Switzerland has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, so transfers there require no additional safeguards.
How long I keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation: 2 years from the last communication
- Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn, at most 3 years from when it was given
- Contracts and accounting records: for the period required by law, typically 5 years for accounting records and 10 years for tax documents from the end of the tax period
- Server logs: according to each provider's settings, typically days to weeks
Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:
- Right of access. You may ask whether I process your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Right to rectification. You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
- Right to erasure. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you may request deletion of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing. You may request that I temporarily stop working with your data.
- Right to data portability. For data processed on the basis of consent or a contract, you may request it in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may object to commercial communications at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint. You may contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
